About the Bean
I graduated from college a couple of years ago (yikes). I have a Bachelors degree in Peace Studies. A.K.A. - I have no idea what I’m doing with my life because you can’t actually get a job with a Peace Studies degree. Not to worry though! I’ve already got a glorious year volunteering for Americorps under my belt, and a I spent the last year living and working in Costa Rica.
I wasn’t ready to return to the homeland, so I signed up for a second year. I am now more awesome and wise, and hopefully will be less of a dunce this coming year. I will also hopefully be less lame about updating you all on what’s going on in my life, but if I’m honest with myself, I’ll be just as terrible at updating this blog.
Oops.
Bean!!! do not let them tame you. I miss you- coming to the Spo at the end of April. Love you.
yess!!! please call me when you do come.
Kristina!!
I had lunch with your mom yesterday– It has been WAAAYY too long, and it was great to get updates on all you not-so-kid-like KIDS! You are an incredibly compelling writer– I’m LOVING your blog. Lots of humor and compassion. I’m so excited for you, and I’ll keep tabs on the adventures.
Tom and his wife and NEW BABY DAUGHTER came to visit in early July. His little girl looks just like him without the hirsute arms and 5 O’clock shadow! He is blissfully happy.
Take care of you, have fun, and God Bless you on this journey-
Love,
Meg
Tommy has a BABY!? Wow!! I’d love to see pictures! If you all can, I’d love to say hello over skype. It’s been way too long since we’ve all chatted. Good to hear from you.
I’m proud of you Kristinka! Love you lots and you are in my prayers
Thaaanks!!!! Glad to hear from you :)
